1.  What Forms do I Need For Elite Camp?

Elite Baseball Campers must only complete a 1-page registration form found here. Extended Day Campers who will return to the Congers Lake site must complete a medical waiver and hand in an updated immunization form.

2.      Can you sign up weekly?

Yes! Families may sign up for whichever – and however – many weeks they’d like.

3.      What happens if it rains?

Elite Baseball Camp is cancelled for rain. We use Friday as a rain day. An email will go out by 7:30am on rain days informing parents whether or not there will be camp. Extended campers will spend the entire day at Congers Lake on rain days since Friday will be spent at both Congers Lake and Clarkstown North.

4.      What are the hours of camp?

Elite Baseball Camp regular hours are 8am-12pm (Mon-Thurs)

Elite Baseball Camp extended hours are 8am - 3pm (Mon-Fri with pick-up at Congers Lake)

*** Extended campers spend all of Friday at Congers Lake Park ***

5.      What are the ages to be a camper?  A counselor?

For Elite Baseball Camp, campers range from 13-16 years old.

To become a counselor for any of our camps, prospective employees must be at least 16 years of age, as per the Department of Health. Please contact us for a staff application if interested.

6.  Do you provide transportation?

Those Elite Baseball campers who opt for our extended day will be bused from Clarkstown HS North (the drop off site at 8am) to Congers Lake Memorial Park (the pick up site at 3pm)

7.      Do I need to be a resident to swim in pool?

Campers don’t have to be Clarkstown residents to swim at Pitch by Pitch –

*** Campers at Elite Camp only have access to swim in the pool if they are extended day campers***

8.       Does my child have to pass the deep water test to swim in the pool?

Those who wish to swim in the deep end must pass a deep water test. For those campers who aren’t able to pass the deep water test, they must remain in water no higher than chest deep, as per the Department of Health’s regulations.
